An engaging reflection on my experience presenting “Agile Mindset” at the IIBA Adelaide Agile Study Group. From exploring core values and Agile principles to hands-on collaboration and connecting with the BACCM model, this session deepened my understanding of value-driven analysis, adaptability, and the power of continuous learning.
